Services are provided according to the scope, location, staffing requirements, duration and operational conditions agreed with the client.
Service Proposals
Any proposal or quotation issued by Dragoons Security is based on the information available at the time of assessment.
The final scope, manpower, deployment schedule, pricing and service conditions will be confirmed through a formal service agreement or contract.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the premises and security requirements.
- Provide reasonable access to the site for security personnel and supervisors.
- Inform Dragoons Security of known risks, hazards or operational restrictions.
- Obtain required permissions or approvals applicable to their premises or event.
- Cooperate with security procedures and operational protocols.
Security Personnel
Security personnel deployed by Dragoons Security are assigned according to the requirements of the site and applicable regulatory standards.
Personnel may be replaced, reassigned or rotated when operationally required, subject to maintaining the agreed level of service.
Site Assessment
For certain assignments, Dragoons Security may conduct a site assessment before providing a final proposal.
The assessment may consider:
- Site size and layout
- Number of entry and exit points
- Operating hours
- Existing security infrastructure
- Security risks
- Required manpower
- Patrol requirements
- Access control requirements
- Emergency response procedures
Changes to Service Requirements
Any material change in the client’s operational requirements may require a revision to the agreed scope, staffing or commercial terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive operational information, security procedures, access credentials, incident information and other confidential business information.
Compliance
Dragoons Security operates in accordance with applicable UAE laws, regulations and relevant security industry requirements applicable to its services.
